Overall, I had a fabulous experience! There was one mishap in the beginning, but Geo went above and beyond to correct the mistake and make sure I got the car I wanted! During the financing process, Jeff was incredible (like always!). He is super personable and works very hard to get you the best deal possible. He was a pleasure to work with for the third time. When picking up the car, Lauren was terrific. She was quick, very friendly, and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Wilson’s!

Excellent shopping experience. Geo went above and beyond with the sales experience, and was very clear and communicative. Jaclyn handled the finance like a pro! I love my fiesta other than the drivers door lock not working (appointment booked at ford already). Would recommend to anyone!

I will start by saying that in the past 18 months, we have purchased three vehicles here. Two have had no issues (meaning not needing follow up service). The third is another story. I will agree with Sam Toman's post - Wilson's great with sales but not good at all with service or follow up. My daughter bought a Fiat and when she brought it home, the locks did not work. I'm pretty sure Wilson's lock their vehicles when in the lot so how this was missed is surprising. We called to get it back in and in the next few days, the check engine light was on and it was idling really high. They did fix the locks and replaced spark plugs for the check engine light. The following week, the car died on the highway on my daughter's way to work. This was very dramatic for her being a young girl. We had it towed back to Wilson's and they repaired it. I would have thought they would have given her paperwork when she picked it up. I called three times to get a copy of work done. My daughter said she finally got it (was not for this work but for the spark plugs and locks, I did not realize that until last week). Less than six months later, car is dead again! We are taking to another shop and need to know what work was done previously. I had to call again three times only to find out they have no paperwork or work order for what was done the first time it died. How can that be? Do businesses not need to account for parts, labour, and the tow? I find this really suspicious. Oh and the locks are not working again. I have lost faith in Wilson's and will not be taking vehicle there. Our family will be in the market for two more vehicles in the near future. It's really too bad that they have lost our business. The service manager Donny was apologetic stating that was before his time. He stated that it is a used car and no one can predict repairs. I fully understand that. It is how things have been handled that leaves me wondering that there has to be more to it, what are the hiding not having record of service when it died one week after owning car.

The entire process from sales to after sales service has been very good. Sam being helpful in closing the sales, Finance department in doing the paperwork on time and the service department in fixing couple of issues within the warranty period promptly. Overall I am very happy with the purchase experience which been exceptional and would recommend anyone buying a used car to Wilsons.

We had a very positive experience with our salesperson Rod Sider as well as the entire Wilson's organization. Rod was professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy which sets him apart from many other car sales experiences I have had. The selection of quality used cars was tremendous. The "no haggle" pricing policy was a relief. The Wilson team is very efficient in every aspect from the front receptionist, to the finance manager experience (my best ever) to the car pickup coordinator. I would definitely purchase another car from Wilson's. Thanks all!
