Picked up my 2019 GMC terrain this morning from here. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased/leased from Springfield. Each experience seems to get easier and easier. Mike our salesman makes it easy and pleasant. We pulled in, my car was ready, paperwork was ready and we were in and out. once again great job and thank you!

This lease was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I hate going onto car lots— I simply contacted their online representative who put me in contact with a sales rep. We communicated through digital means from there. Then I showed up, signed the papers and drove away with an amazing new car.

Excellent customer service, our sales consultant Jim Rugg was able to find a vehicle for us that you currently didn't have in stock and will be delivering it this week to our home. He also had us take a look at vehicle insurance and we were able to cut or insurance in half by going to a different insurance company.

Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to come look at a truck, test drove a few. Springfield GMC was highly recommended to me by a number of people, so I decided to drive down to look. Much to my surprise, I chose the color of truck I originally liked. From the moment We walked through the doors, we felt very comfortable and felt no pressure talking with Melanie about a truck. The entire process from test driving some trucks to signing the papers was a complete pleasure. I (we) thank Melanie for making this an easy process, she took all the pressures away from our decision. She helped us decide on what was the right choice, within my price range, and monthly payment.
