Got two different Audi’s here both were great! Might be returning for a third one soon! These guys are honest and sell quality used cars! Come here! stay away from places like a better way unless you want to be stuck on the side of the road

Saleswoman Krystal was very patient and worked with me as I test drove several vehicles. Head mechanic Steve was very knowledgeable and fixed issue promptly. Steve was respectful, and he returned all phone calls and answered all my questions the same day. Overall, purchasing my vehicle was a good experience.

I've never been lied to so many times by the same people. I chose a car, agreed to buy it for the price, was approved by their financing. They assured me it was ready to go so I went to pick it up. I took day off work, spent a $200 for a one-way car rental and drove there a 4 hour drive with my wife and young kids. When I arrived the car almost did not start, battery and alternator needed to be replaced. We waited there for a few hours because they said they could make it happen. They could not. With round trip driving turned into a 15 hour day 2 days before Christmas. Owner promised to reimburse me for the car rental. Days later I still wanted to buy the car. They couldn't confirm it was ready, didn't get back to me. I sent them the rental receipt, and followed up with calls. They would not answer the phone unless I called on a different number. They never kept their promise to reimburse while I was still trying to buy the car. From the slimy salespeople to the slimy owner they are LIARS. Update 10/5/2018. No problem Dave. See new screen shots from Carlos email. Make it right and I will update. Thanks for your response. 10/24/18 No response. I sent emails from Carlos and rental car receipts weeks ago per your request and no response. This is my experience with Green Light Auto when there is nothing left to take from their potential customers.

Shady Business...I bought a 2010 Audi from them and had to drive 200 miles back home. By the time I reached my house the oil light came on...the car consumes a quart of oil every tank!!! Come to find out that this a common problem with this model. The salesman said nothing about that. Instead said "its a great car and is ready for many years to come"....."Audi makes a great reliable car." Now to add to the issue I've owned the car about a month and the battery is bad and the rear right door lock no longer works, my car is never actually locked. I will never consider purchasing from Green Light Auto Sales again. I advise anyone who is thinking about it to either A. look elsewhere or B. don't buy an Audi from them. To fix the car now I'm looking at over $2,000 just in parts. Shame on G.L.A.S. for doing this to people.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Green Light Auto Sales. The car was exactly as advertised (that may sound odd but I had several other frustrating experiences where a car was no where near what was advertised!). Carlos was great at communication and negotiated a fair price. The car was so clean and all the paperwork was done when I picked up the car. Quick and easy!
