DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! This place will cut every corner to put a band aid on the car so you can buy it and then once the warranty runs out the car, it will start having issues. I bought a car here in April and it came with a 30 day warranty. I was very happy because I was moving back to the area and I needed a car right away and they helped and were very friendly at first. Although when I got the car from the moment I got in the car I noticed things were wrong right away!! That was the first red flag, if you pick up a â€œnewâ€ used car from a dealership everything should be covered because itâ€™s certified. First the exhaust had a whole in it, then the brakes had issues when you went fast on the highway, the weather striping was coming off at the top and the jack was missing from the back of the car. I reached out to them and I had to go back 3 times to get these easy issues fixed and somehow I still had issues but the warranty ran out. I finally had the time to take it to a REAL mechanic and it is going to cost $1000 to fix what should have been done in the first place because my mechanic said they put new parts on the outside to make it look like they did a good job but really they left all the old parts on the inside not fixing anything. The weather striping has also since come off because they only used super glue to hold it down. Moral of the story, if you can help NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!

I really love the place. I do not regret going there. I walked in as a customer, but walked out making lot of new friends. Every employee is really friendly. Trust me you wonâ€™t regret walking in there. They have good really good quality cars for reasonable prices. Good service. Really happy to finance a car.

Amazing experience and this is coming from a 2 time customer. Unfortunately, my car got totaled after the first three months of purchasing but I came back to car deals direct and Lou was able to help me not once but twice with purchasing my replacement car. Beautiful selection full of quality cars as well as the staff are amazing and ensure youâ€™re taken care of. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone to purchase a car from here as the service is A1!

I recommend if any one is looking to buy a used car they should go to this dealership and ask for Jerry. The first thing to keep in mind when you buy a car from these guys is that all ethics are out the window. The people who work here are unorganized and unprofessional. I bought a car with a dent on one of the rear doors in February. I immediately noticed it at the dealership and notified my dealer, Zach, about it. He promised it would be taken care of and the dent will be fixed and repainted before I receive it. I leave a deposit and wait a week until the car is inspected, paperwork is processed, and dent is fixed. The day I picked up my car, I asked Zach, yet again, if the dent was fixed. He ever so confidently said yes. I didnâ€™t bother checking because I trusted he wouldnâ€™t so blatantly lie to me about something as obvious as a dent, so I got the keys and took the car. As soon as I examined it when I got home, I noticed the dent was still there. I genuinely have no idea why the car sat at the dealership for AN ENTIRE WEEK without getting fixed. It just goes to show that they donâ€™t really inspect anything like they promise they do. These people have wasted my time with this back and forth, back and forth, back and forth... Every time they promised to take care of the dent, they come up with the lamest, least plausible excuse on the planet as to why they canâ€™t do it that day. They really do the devilâ€™s work and itâ€™s dealers like them who truly give car salesman a bad rap. All those stereotypes about car dealers being manipulative snakes apply to Car Deals Direct to a tee. I was initially impressed with their reviews online until I learned that they trick customers into giving them good reviews by offering a free oil change. And frankly, I wouldnâ€™t even trust them with an oil change. They probably just fill the car with cheap, expired olive oil or something. I could literally go on and on about how unprofessional these guys are with their customers. But in short, I definitely would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. At this point, I know I can't rely on this dealership with any issue that comes up in my car.
