Best car buying experience ever. Mike helped me out a great bit, and Shaun has an amazing attitude, and the front desk rep I never was able to catch her name she was always helpful and never seemed “too busy” to help you like some other dealers. The whole vibe that this dealership gave off was an extremely easy feeling and settling vibe, which I absolutely didn’t expect considering the caliber of vehicles they sell. Never have I ever felt like I was backed into a corner and given no options. Very straightforward buying process. I would highly recommend Platinum Cars. Check out their massive inventory of high end vehicles and stop by to see it in person you won’t be disappointed!

Horrible customer service. Was intentionally misinformed about the car which was in stock. Didn't understand the reason for that. If you don't want to sell or you don't have time for a customer, then just say that, what is the point to lie to the person who came to you, guys? You say the car is new and has 0 km, but the car has 20K+ mileage. I asked several times about that and had the same answer - the car is 2014 and it has 0 km. 0 km in 4 years. Okay..))The given price was also 15K higher then the one listed on your web. When asked about major repairs or service records - the answer was "this is a confidential info". Really, guys, what do you expect the customer to think in this case? You sell a great variety of premium cars, then why can't you have a sales rep. who will be honest and who will provide decent respect to your customers' needs? Unfortunately, I cannot and will not recommend your company to anyone who expects to get a trustworthy info about the vehicle s/he wants to buy.
