I first came in on new years hoping to find a new car, since my current one was full of all kinds of issues. Sadly it did not work out that night because of issues with my pay stubs. But Jimmy would not give up and called me a couple days later to say he would work it out for me. When I went back in with more clear paperwork and a cosigner they were able to offer both a loan and a great rate. I am so happy with my new car, everything is running great. Jimmy did a wonderful job and tried hard to get me the car I loved. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking

These guys are great! Would strongly recommend this place. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. Mike really took care of us, and even had some snacks stashed in his desk when we got hungry! Love my car and happy we chose Kitsap Auto!

My girlfreind bought her first car here and they really took care of her. A couple weeks later I went in and traded in my car. I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jimmy really took care of me. I will continue to go to Kitsap Auto Outlet for all my car buying needs and I highly recommend anyone to go here first before going anywhere else! If anyone goes here please ask for Jimmy. He is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you at all!

My father and I were looking for a new car to replace my current one, Scott greeted us and very welcoming. We knew what we wanted and Scott was there to help us, very easy to talk to, negotiating was painless unlike any other dealers around the area. The hospitality is awesome, offering us beverages. Long story short, we got the car we wanted, paperworks are always a pain but Jacob (finance manager) walked us through everything made it easier and we can't wait to pick up the car tomorrow!

I had a great experience at KAO! All of the salesmen are very friendly and had a very professional demeanor. I went in know it was a long shot getting a new car, but jimmy was able to figure out a deal and actually ended up saving me money in the long run. HIGHLY recommend this place!
