John and Bengie were amazing. Both of them worked tirelessly until they found the right truck for me. It took all the stress and fear out of buying a new vehicle and made it a very enjoyable experience. Thanks to everyone at Steele Ford.

Travelling with our trailer from Ontario on the August 2018 long weekend our alternator belt broke, taking out our a/c compressor as well. Stuck on the side of the road on Saturday, we managed to get towed to our weekend destination and also managed to get in phone contact with Steele Ford in Halifax, just before closing. We were able to arrange for the part to be there first thing Tuesday, and were scheduled for the repair, which went off without a hitch. We were able to complete our vacation uninterrupted, drive safely back to Ontario, and have had no issues since. The service was excellent and everyone we had contact with at Steele Ford was first rate. Thank you!

Have been a customer since 2014, not had any issues until this past weekend. I have been away for a while, and was home for 2 days before leaving again for a 2 month stint. That left me 2 days to get everything that I needed to do dealt with. I had an appointment for my 6 monthly maintenance booked for 12:30, and I even showed up 25 minutes early. I parked my car and took the courtesy shuttle to the mall to get some things I'd be needing. I show back up at 2:00. A full 1 hour and 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, it turns out my car hadn't moved from where I parked it when I dropped it off. Nobody told me when I dropped my car off that they were overbooked for the day. Nobody warned me there were delays. More than 2 hours after I intially dropped my car off, it finally went in. So I sat and waited for my car, hoping I'd get it back in time for my next appointment. I've had nothing but good experiences up until this point, and I'd like to think I have a good relationship with some of the staff there, but this honestly was enough for me to consider seeing another dealership for my maintenance needs from here on out. Waiving $7.15 in shop materials on a $150+ bill was a nice gesture, if somewhat empty feeling gesture, but that does nothing time lost when I already am pressed for it. Very disappointed.

Check in was very good. Bryan is always so polite. Not sure I like the way they handle appointments where the customer has to show up on time but then you wait for some technician to be available...which can take a long time. Used to having an appointment and having them ready to service the car.

My wife and I with our 2 year old daughter had just traveled to Halifax from Brighton Ontario and experienced car troubles when we arrived. I visited Steele Ford at 830am Monday and they had the issue diagnosed by roughly 930 and fixed too satisfaction by roughly 11am. They were very informative with feedback from mechanics and Emma at the service desk was phenomenal. She even went as far as going into the bay to help my wife retrieve our car seat and belongings. Thank you Steele Ford for making sure our vacation stayed on track!
