I can only highly recommend this location. The manager was extremely helpful, always friendly and very competent. The rates are very reasonable; if you look for cheaper places nearby (which we did), you will find them far from the standards of this facility. Cleanliness, availability, and the fact that most units have indoor access and are well climate protected (ours, though not climate _controlled_, never went even close to freezing over the winter, due to the fact that there is an externel shell building around all units) gives an additional level of comfort and security. If ever we need storage again, this is the place we'll go.

We had an excellent experience with Access. They have always been enthusiastic to accommodate our every need. Fantastic customer service every time. Highly recommended.

Most horrible experience I have ever had I would never recommend this company the Chester NS facility especially !! We lost 90% of our stuff due to mold the facility stinks like must in the locker area all the was offered was a cleaning of a small couch riddled in mold never was offered to have compensation for any furniture,baby items wedding items, that were lost due to mold I am completely disgusted and upset about the amount of things we lost that held such a huge place in our heart my canvas wedding picture was riddled in mold again only thing was offer to steam clean a couch ridiculous and I would never go here or recommend cannot believe I trusted you guys with the contents of my house and wasted my money and that you advertise to be climate controlled which you are clearly not or everything would not be riddled in mold

This is definitely a state of the art self storage facility especially compared to the competition. The climate controlled area was huge and the selection of unit sizes made it possible to find exactly the right size for us. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the rates were very reasonable. I felt my belongings were safe and secure. Having staff on site was a real asset and they are the only facility in the area with staff on site.
