Ok.. kind of pricey for service... great sales person though

We went in looking for a NX and left with a RX. We worked with Shane and he asked the right questions, he took the time to get to know us, our needs and what we want the vehicle to do. Purchasing this vehicle wasn't easy but it was done so quickly as we were able to figure out what we wanted for ourselves. The entire team has been fantastic. No need to look elsewhere, the team here will bend backward to earn your trust.

Service was fast, courteous. Waiting area was comfortable and clean, WiFi was strong, TV was set to a world news channel at a reasonable volume, snack bar was better than it had to be, parking lot had ample spots and building was clearly marked so you can't miss the address. Can't ask for more than this.

Pau Muise and co, is probably one of the worst sales people/dealership in Halifax DONTT go to him. I went to the dealership about a year ago with the funds I secured from a severe motor vehicle accident where I sustained a tramautic brain injury. I had about 100K in hand an I went in wanting a new vehicle and just some general information on car purchasing as it was my first vehicle purchase. He befriended me and talked me into buying a '14 used Lexus . He couldn't get me approved unless I put $27,500 down on the vehicle ended up paying 36,700 total and was explained to how the other vehicles I was looking at were too much for me. Being the naive idiot that I am I trusted him and in all honesty even until this day I have severe buyers remorse from purchasing my car from them. Perhaps due to the fact that I am a young black male, I was deemed as a serious buyer and they took advantage of me, because in addition I went back aa few weeks later after purchasing the car explaining that I wanted to get into the 350 instead..the manger Steve told me there was very little he could do for me and I have to drop another chuck of money and purchase again. Its unfortunate because Lexus out here in Toronto and other cities are a lot more pleasant so do your research. They take advantage because they are the only Lexus dealership in the area.
