Vic at Auction Direct is amazing. Honestly, I never write reviews but I felt compelled to tell as many people as possible about how helpful he was throughout the entire situation. Historically, nobody trusts car salesman. Vic has changed this for me through his service, extra attention to detail and absolute willingness to do whatever it takes. He was there every step of the way to answer questions and made a stressful situation easy. Ask for Vic.

Just a great experience. Natalie Bugden was superb. I bought a great car at a great price. The good service continued after the car left the lot as I needed a few little things. This is where we will buy our next vehicle! I highly recommend Natalie and AUCTION DIRECT!

I strongly recommend this place when purchasing a vehicle, I had visited a couple other dealers with my not so great credit, and they were being really shady. Acting all worried and unsure that they could get me approved for a lease even with a cosigner. This just added to my stress as I was in dire need of a vehicle. I saw an amazing deal on auction directs website for a practically brand new 2015 mitsu lancer and headed there. Upon arrival i was greeted as if i were part of the family, extremely respectful and down to earth staff. They didnt have a doubt about getting me approved and a couple days later i drove away in my new car. Overall the experience was quick, easy, and stress free, and i was able to drive away without a cosigner.
