i was with a friend who purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey in June of 2019, on the purchase papers Barry stated that they would change the oil and wiper blades and neither of what he promised happened. We also didn't receive the 3 month warranty at the time of purchase we had to have this sent to us. Reached out to him twice and he never returned the call. Not satisfied with Barry at this time. He had no problem contacting us numerous times for the sale but no contact for the follow up.

Barry was a great sales person! Even though we didn't get what we asked for an were approved the site down and talk with him was great! Even though the mix up happened I'd honesty have to say that they got us am approval pretty darn quickly for what we wanted! And Barry thanks for trying to help me find the yogurt bunny too :) ❤️

Tried to buy a car here at Capital Auto, it had a three month old safety check sticker on it. The tires looked so worn they would not have passed. The two head light lens were cracked and most likely would not pass. I made an offer, which I thought was reasonable but they would not deal with me aftt I pointed out the tires and lights required changing. Buyer be aware.

I had a really hard time getting approved at other dealerships because of my credit history after my divorce, I have 3 beautiful little girls and we really needed a reliable vehicle so we could start over, well I took a chance and did one last credit app with a dealership I had seen posted on car gurus called Capital Auto, I held my breath and worried that I was going to be declined, my heart skipped a beat when Barry called me to say that I had been approved! I was so happy! At the dealership I was treated so nicely and really felt at ease all of my questions were answered and my fears about the future were put to rest! I now have a 2013 Dodge Caravan, that came with a an extended warranty and extra tires! Thank you Capital Auto !!!!
