I'm not sure where some of these glowing reviews are coming from...must be family or being made up. We bought a car from him one year ago...NEVER again. It was SUPPOSEDLY "safety checked" 2 months before we got it....we've had nothing but trouble with it since we got it. A mont after we bought it we almost died on the highway when the steering contol went on us and we almost ended up under an 18-wheeler!! We've had to have it towed 5 times for various issues that should have been caught on the MVI... almost $7000 later, safety checked my a$$. Only reason he got any stars is because the system wouldn't let me post with none. DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM HERE!!!

It is a gamble, he fixes them up to resell quickly. Bought from here in 2016 and had nothing but issues with the car since it left his lot. Test drove the car twice, had a mechanic friend take a look on the lot and everything seemed ok. Purchased a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer for about $5000, I despratly needed a new car as my transmission had went in the old one and I thought the price was pretty good on the Mitsubishi. An hour after purchasing the vehicle I started having issue's and the car died in the middle of rush hour traffic at a set of lights. Mr.Fredrick took the car back and resolved the issue but wanted more money because it was costing him more now. I made a deal with him and split on the costs for the issue on the car since I already had it purchased. I took it to Napa 2 weeks later and was told that the underneath was very rusted and I would be lucky to get 2 years out of it before having to do major body work. I was able to force 3 years out of it but it cost my about another $3500 because every 3-6 months something would break and need to be replaced. Do yourself a favor and finance from somewhere, it will be less headache and you'll get better value out of the car probably.

I’m disappointed all the negative reviews… This guys been in business for 34 years… Yes he smokes… Yes he’s the type of person that tells you the way it is… However he knows his stuff and has a lot of very decent cars for reasonable prices give them a chance and check him out! I got a very reliable car from Noel and will be back when I need another!

Stay away! Bought a car there only to discover that the rocker panels have been stuffed with newspaper and covered with tinfoil. The car came with a new inspection, but had the inspection been done at any reputable garage, that car would have never passed.

They sell cars that would not pass MVI's anywhere else. I took one of their cars to a garage to have it looked at and the rocker panels had some sort of tinfoil over them and tons of paint. The mechanic put his finger right through one of them while running his hand along it. I called the Dept. of Transportation on them for selling cars with new MVI stickers even though they can't pass any sort of inspection. They just buy auction cars that sell for a few hundred bucks, slap some paint over all of the rust and damage, then charge a few thousand dollars for the death traps.
