I’ve been in the automotive customer service business for over 30 years and understand the challenges around providing top notch service. Stones RV and the service team there have a clear understanding of what it takes to take care of their clients. Their focus seems to be on building a long term relationship, get this, AFTER THE SALE!!! We live over 1000 kms away and won’t go anywhere else. Honestly.... just buy your next RV from Stones RV and you’ll see for your self.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, EVER!! They do not stand behind their products and have no integrity !!!! This Review would be 0 Stars if that was an option !!!!! We are writing this review on behalf of our good friends Jim and Liz Barnard. They recently purchased a Brand new Keystone Hideout 18 foot 2 years ago. The trailer has only been used 4 times. The Entire floor under the front cubby is rotten, and I mean Rotten. This rot is now moving into the main floor area inside the camper. You can push on the floor and feel it move, it won’t be long and it will be falling right out the bottom. Without any question this unit has been leaking since the day it left the factory, or shortly their after. We have had multiple people look at the unit, 2 professional carpenters and others and they all agree the unit has been leaking since it was made based on how rotten the floor is. Its literally ready to fall out… Liz Spoke with Shawn Mckeogh, store manager and he indicated it was not his problem, and passed her over to the service department. Liz then spoke with Tim Burns. Tim told her that they were supposed to bring the trailer back every 6 months for inspection, which is a complete lie. At no time were they told this and it also does not indicate this anywhere in the warranty or other paperwork. Basically the conversation concluded with Tim Telling Liz this is their problem and there is nothing they will do to help, then he hung up on her ! This is complete BS, Brand new Camper 2 years ago and the floor is rotten and nothing you will do ??? That’s really standing behind your Products Stones ! In addition after the first use of the camper 2 jacks broke, Stones again would not help and charged Jim and Liz 300 to 400 bucks to replace the 2 jacks on a brand new camper, like seriously ! Stand behind your Products, completely Ridiculous Stones !

I cannot say enough about Stones RV. After buying two units from them some years apart their service and loyalty to their customers is sill excellent. They have went over and above to look after me even after the warranty was off my trailer. The service department went far beyond what I could even have hoped for. If anyone is thinking about purchasing a new or used unit I strongly advise them to deal with no one but Stones. They will not be disappointed. I will be singing their praises around the campfires for years to come. What a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind its products and knows what customer satisfaction means. Not just in words but in action Stuart Hebert
