I had such a smooth, professional, and relaxed experience at Orleans Toyota. They made the whole experience easy and fair. I got a great price and more than I expected for my trade in. Tech attempted to find source of mysterious low frequency vibration under the car. Apparently the tires were rotated and anything visibly loose was tightened. No recurrence of the vibration on the way home, so apparently it was fixed. I will be taking an extended trip in the next few days and will advise Randy if the vibration is evident again.

Overall the experience with Orleans Toyota was positive… This was primarily due to the customer service person, Sara. However I was initiallly given an estimate of three days to complete the warranty covered frame replacement… But it took three weeks. Although I was not happy with the length of time my truck was away, Orleans Toyota graciously provided me with a substitute vehicle. Upon leaving the service area after paying the quoted price, there was an issue with my maintenance light . Despite the fact that many of the service providers were on lunch and out of the building at the time, the service supervisor looked at the truck and made a quick repair. I am very happy with the attention I received at Orleans Toyota. Thank you very much to everyone!

Sarah my service advisor was pleasent and explained all the work done on my car. Helped me with picking out 4 needed new tires and additional work that my car needed. My car was ready when promised on time and checking out was smooth and easy. Very happy with Orleans Toyota Service.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Orleans Toyota. Some services have been great others not. They warranted some major work on a tundra I had that had just gone over 50k, which was great. The waiting areas are clean and comfortable. My wife brought her 4Runner in for an oil change, a couple days later she felt a knocking noise, she brought it back in for a diagnostic check, they found the old oil filter rattling around in the skid plate. She also had some new rims and her tires swapped, one of the new center caps fell off. Gone. She again said something did not feel right with the 4Runner, I checked the lug nuts, which were tight. She brought it back in for another check, they never balanced the wheels!! How do you forget to balance wheels during that type of service. I brought my tundra in for a door handle recall, I was told they would order the part and call me when it was in. I’ve since sold that truck and never got a call back on the door handle. I love Toyota products, we have six in our family. Need some QC in the service department.
