We had been looking for a used enclave with some specific features we wanted....spotted one on the Georgetown web site. Contacted the dealership through the website and got a response back immediately. Coming from more than an hour away, they set up a time for us to come and see it. Brian Ormond was awesome to deal with, being very helpful and professional. Thank you. Brian and Nancy were so helpful in getting us into a vehicle we wanted. You both made the process so easy. I had an amazing experience dealing with the service manager Bill Rowse. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I left with a smile on my face. He truly takes his job serious and does a wonderful job at being a manager as well as showing his customer service skills. I left the dealership very pleased with my recent visit. As a member of a family who has spend hundreds of thousands of dollars at this dealership it’s no wonder we stay loyal and continue to come back. I could not have had a better experience purchasing my first car. Stephen took the time to get to know us to ensure that we we're getting the best car for our needs. All of the staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and caring. David took extra care in explaining all my financing and warranty options to me and answered every question I had. Everything about the transaction was very open and visible, I felt I was in extremely honest and knowledgeable hands the entire time. Customer service is a top priority here and you feel that as soon as you walk in the door. Stephen is the best and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car!
