Staff is great! Eduardo is just a nice guy who knows how to do his job and will try to help you as much as he can. But what got me the most is how they are transparent about things. There is no surprise here, you will know everything you need to know before buying a car. Hard to find places like this on these days.

As a newcomer to Canada, it was very good to find the Autopark Georgetown dealership. They have a great selection of used cars and the staff is always very helpful. They were very clear about the conditions of the cars and all the necessary documentations for my case to be a successful one. At the delivery, they explained all the regulations and safety procedures, specially for the winter. I feel very happy with the car I bought. Continue the great job. Excellent service.

“It is easy to be a good dealer when everything looks good. The challenge is to be good while solving a problem”. I knew I was in good hands when I heard this from Andre, one of the managers at Georgetown Autopark. And it proved to be true: Andre and Eduardo proved to be excellent in solving my problem. I had bought a car with them, a big and beautiful Ford Escape. However, after two or three days driving it, I felt it was not good for me, due to some shoulder pain issues I have. I came back to them and asked to use the 7 days exchange guarantee. They not only received the car back, but also guided me through finding the right model for my specific problem. In the same day I left the place with a lovely Elantra, with an electric steering wheel which fit perfectly my needs. I am very grateful to them, for being honest, kind and very good professionals. I strongly recommend these guys if you want to have a good experience in buying a car.

They delivered the car without inspection and without oil change. I checked by myself the car and told them and then they send it for oil change and inspection but still the fillers were not changed and other stuff was not changed. I would say the don’t care about their clients after once car is sold.
