One Price Auto-I Wouldn'd Recommended Once Price Auto

I would not recommend One Price Auto to anyone due to the lack of poor customer Service and no respect for after someone has bought the car with Extra Warranty- More than one problem went wrong with the car I bought they did not give good communication with the customer when I needed to bring back the car to fix under warranty, they do not call you back or return calls when messages were left regarding fixing the car.

We could not be happier with both of our car buying experiences with One Price Auto. The service was fantastic, the cars were clean, and most importantly they are AFFORDABLE! I did my homework and compared a lot of places both online and in person. We could not find better prices. We were treated like family by the owners (Jason & Cathy), Ipshit, and Kevin. We have recommended One Price Auto to friends who have also purchased from them with absolutely no issues. They followed up with our concerns about the vehicles we wanted to buy and fixed every single item we needed addressed. They made the “hassle” of buying and looking at cars pleasurable, quick, and most importantly transparent. Kim explained every single line, and cost to us while signing the paperwork. The whole process was quick, seamless and painless. We will continue to recommend One Price Auto to our friends and family alike. Thank you all for the superior manner in which you treat your customers.

Purchased an SUV just over a week ago, so far, it's been great! It was a really awesome price with low mileage. I asked them to get some salt stains out of the seats before picking up the car, and they did. There was some dirty/used paper towels under the driver's seat though... not a super big deal, just something to be more diligent about in the future. Also, the car does not turn off from "sport mode" as the button is completely jammed, which would have been nice to mention before purchase. The finance manager, Kimberley, was really great with me and gave good advice. She did end up taking my copy of the proof of sale by accident in the scramble of all the paperwork, I have emailed Harminder (who sold me the car) twice in the past 7 days to ask for a digital copy of the proof of sale so that I don't need to make the drive all the way back to Milton... I still have not heard back from him. So things like small details when cleaning/detailing cars and prompt responses to customer emails could be worked on. Update: He was on leave for a week (which I obviously wasn't aware of) so I did receive a copy of the proof of sale document!

I was trying to buy a car. However deal was cancelled on May 16, 2019. I was told that the deposit that I paid via debit machine cannot be returned to my debit, they will issue me a cheque. Until today May 28 I am waiting for the cheque. I was told accounting is "closing month"!!! as a reason they cannot issue me a cheque for 2 weeks!!! This is just ridiculous. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!

Polite service but just don't like the no haggle pricing. Was about to buy a car after a great test drive. I asked if they could bring it down to $21000 (Sticker was $21400) They said there was no way they would lower the price. I bought elsewhere the very next day. Six days later they lowered the price $612. I was only asking for $400 off and they lost a sale over this. Maybe rethink your no haggle. It loses you sales in the long run. Apart from this it's a great place to buy a car. i just didn't know about the no haggle policy till after as I would have never gone.
