Milton Toyota has been a great dealership to deal with. I get my car serviced there. Honest people and very welcoming. In my last visit I dealt with Jeff. He was efficient, gave spot-on advice , courteous and had a genuine and welcoming smile. Also he made sure the part he ordered for my car would arrive the next day. Thank you Toyota

WOW .... they're the best in Toyota dealers rank. For sure as continuous Toyota owner, I've visited most of Toyota dealers within the area, however my visit to them after I moved to live in Milton was awesome. If you have a Toyota, just go there and you will feel the difference

If there were more than 5 stars on google reviews, this is one place that definitely deserves it. To me, Toyota represents reliability. Not only was I in love with my first Toyota purchase, I was very proud of it. This time around, I can proudly say that Toyota not only represents reliability, and my pride, but CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. If you aren't at Milton Toyota purchasing your Toyota, you're already doing it wrong. Milton Toyota has gone above and beyond my expectations with my experience purchasing my dream Toyota vehicle, which I have lovingly named, "The Panda". Mr. Welsh, Ramsey and Christina were involved in my experience with the purchase of my vehicle. The amount of patience, manner, and positive attitude these 3 individuals possess is astonishing. I visited their dealership for 2 days and both days these individuals stayed way past closing in order to ensure my needs were met, all my options were laid out and all my questions and concerns were dealt with. I never felt like I was rushed, and truly felt as if I was part of their Milton Toyota family. On the night of my purchase, Mr. Welsh worked a 12 hour shift in order to make sure I got the best deal, you won't meet a funnier, more honest and sincere man than Ramsey selling you a car, and Christina was the sweetest manager in the finance department sealing the deal with a cheery on top! I can't wait to get my Panda and MILTON TOYOTA made that happen!

The place was big! The person that helped me changed my tires realized that my carpets were dirty, so he helped me get 3 carpets without me having to pay! He said I should not worry and that he will take it out of his paycheck. I thanked him so much. I would recommend this place than any other Dealer Ship.

I booked for the regular maintenance service + Brake Fluid Replacement, but waited 4.5 hours at the dealership for having job done. The service advisor said I would need to wait for a couple of hours, but it seems Milton Toyota does not understand the meaning of "couple". For the first two hours, I had to do something with mt laptop, so it was not much painful. I actually expected the dealership wouldn't complete the service within 2 hours. After two hours of waiting, I asked the lady at the desk how much the service had been done, and she said she would ask the service staff to check out. I waited another hour and one service staff came to me with smiling and said "my car was almost done and a mechanic would have tires back on the vehicle and the brake fluid replacement would be done" at the moment I had been waited for 3 hours in total. I waited another 1.5 hours and finally, I could have my car back from the service. If a service advisor initially says a couple of hours, then it should not be more than 3 hours at max. Moreover, I informed the service advisor that I would wait at the dealership. If any delay happened on the day with some reasons, the service advisor should have come to me and should inform me all the details for the delay. After I experienced such incomprehensible circumstance, I feel like I am reluctant to visit Milton Toyota again. If Milton Toyota cannot handle the total number of services per day you currently provide, then why don't you simply reduce the number of services per day?
