I had a great experience with purchasing my newest car! Thanks John Haralambakos for being amazing! Since I hadn’t changed my car for over a decade I was a bit hesitant with looking for a new car and didn’t want to be pushed into something I might not want. John was very helpful and shared information about different features that helped me narrow my search. I appreciate him for helping get what I was looking for. Thanks for answering all my questions! John was never pushy but gave me time to think it through. I would highly recommend John! I love my new car and feel at ease knowing that I got it from a dealership that is always welcoming to their customers. Generally I have had a good experience here but since the last servicing, the service is slow and the time estimates are way off. Last servicing for OIL change and tire rotation took them 7+ hours and though I was dropped off - I had to find my own way back as I did not get any call from them that the servicing was over Once the servicing was done, the back-up camera wouldn't work for which I had to take another appointment and had to.miss a day's work as that has taken another whole day. I am not sure if these experiences encourage me to buy another Honda?!?

I've had horrible experiences purchasing cars at dealerships. BUT our purchase at this dealership was the greatest and most wonderful experience in my life. Ali, the sales manager did everything he could to make our deal go smoothly and gave us a deal that nobody in the GTA could match. THANK YOU TO ALI AND THE TEAM AT CLASSIC HONDA! 👍👍👍

Firstly, the staff on the front line were quite helpful. I had a recall on my car because of the airbag. While there I asked if they could check out why there was a delay when I started the car. I was told they would run a diagnostic to pinpoint the issue and there would be a charge for the diagnostic. I agreed, diagnostic determined it needed a new battery. I okayed them replacing my battery. After driving the car there was absolutely no change with the new battery, I went back and they ran a new diagnostic.. in the space of two weeks I now had a starter problem that was NOT picked up by the first diagnostic. I may be wrong but shouldn't the first diagnostic pick up the real problem. Doesn't the dealer have the most dedicated of tools, isn't that why I shouldn't "open my hood up to strangers?"
