Needed to get a couple small, difficult to find parts for my Enfield. Scott had them and made it easy to pick up, and at a great price. Cool shop as well. Very nice people who make you feel welcome to be there.

Scott and Frank were really helpful and put the new tires on quickly so that I could get back on the road and in advance of my trek to Halifax.

Fun place to visit and a great source for parts.

I tried to buy a Royal Enfield classic here. They are definitely more expensive than other dealers but they had what I wanted so I agreed to the price. I give them two stars because when I reached them they were ok to speak to. Otherwise a complete fail I did ask for details about accessories since I wanted to add on a seat, bags, engine guard and headlight but received zero info about those requests. After two phone calls (not counting attemps with them not answering phone) three emails explaining I wanted the details and two days I had to cancel. Ken did send me a contract at the end of two days but it was obviously recycled with nothing about add ons since he had another purchasers name on it. Overall I would rather deal with a local bike shop and build a relationship than deal with an attitude of "cooler than thou" Maybe if you were local to them you would get some sort of response by visiting in person.
