If there's one thing I can say about this place it's that the people here are genuinely good people. Even if I hadn't come home with a gorgeous car today, my opinion would be unchanged. All in all, I had a very smooth, and more importantly, honest process with the Georgetown Superstore associates; Mitch, Brenden, and Ante just to name a few. I respect that I wasn't pressured for even a moment to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. And after about a week, I now have a vehicle and an experience to be grateful for.

Our experience with Georgetown Kia was fantastic. Mitch was very helpful & took care of all of our needs. We bought three cars from him this week & he made it a happy family event. Mitch was helping to find a good used car for my father. Mitch is highly professional and friendly. Even after my father changed his mind and decided not to buy a car this time, Mitch was very nice and thanked for seeking business with Georgetown KIA - great approach. I bought a used van from Georgetown Kia and it was a good experience...fair price, the vehicle was in good condition, and they were very accommodating on my request to have it inspected for me by a mechanic near me (which was a good 45 minutes away from them). They're a solid bunch, very conscientious in telling me my rights as a purchaser, and seem to be genuinely team-oriented....no sign that any one individual had "dibs" on me. Georgetown Kia also gets bonus marks for the practicality of their business manager, who actually told me why I DIDN'T need any of the available services/warranties (I usually dread the "business manager" discussion and its unsubtle attempts to pile a few $000 in extended warranty/undercoating/paint protection onto the price you just negotiated). Definitely at the top of my "trust list" the next time I'm in the market for a used vehicle.
