Over the years we have purchased new and used vehicles at various dealers. Brampton Chrysler was by far the BEST dealer to purchase at. They went above and beyond to help us get my husbands dream car. The service, atmosphere and most of all the employees were amazing.Thanks to Karan for providing us with excellent customer service.

Edit from my last review: Make sure you check everything before buying your vehicle. They will tell you something else and do something else. Before they said no payments for 90 days, but then nobody tells you that its on approved credit. What a scam! , at least be loyal to what you say. Not happy at all. Last review:Went in to purchase a family car. Karan gave us a great deal and helped us pick a car that best suited our needs. Very friendly and informative sales rep! I recommend it to everyone to visit this place at least once

With our family growing, we decided to visit the Brampton Auto Mall. We decided on going to Dodge, and it was the best choice we could have made. Karan is very friendly and has an awesome attitude. It was easy to speak with him and inform him of what we were looking to purchase. He went out of his way to help us out. Sandro is also awesome to speak with. He help with the financing part. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

George-Emad was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and not to mention he was super friendly! We ended up purchasing the the Jeep Wrangler from George. The floor mats were missing from the Jeep and he told us he would make sure he gives us mats when we pick up the vehicle. To our surprise George threw in good quality winter mats instead of cheap carpet mats! We were impressed with the high quality of service we received from George and are very happy with the purchase. Go see George if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you won't be disappointed.

Had to get some work done on my car here through insurance. I couldn't believe how quick they were. They were all extremely polite, fun, concerned. It was a pleasant experience to say the least. They body shop did some work on my car and had it back to me quicker than I've ever seen anywhere. I stated I didn't receive a rental vehicle and they promised to work faster than expected and actually delivered my car sooner than expected. The phone receptionists are great. I believe I spoke to Amy??? Regardless, everytime I've called the people working seem to actually care, sound happy which is unusual these days and are shockingly pleasant to work with.
