I bought Traverse last 18 months back. One of the worse vehicle in my life. GM Frost one of worst place for service. Specially service representative Mark is very unprofessional. I took it my car. In the front of me he pull out his phone cord too many calls. He said to me your car will be done with in 2 hours call until next day nobody call me. I call them back it took me locate my car over 45 minutes. I was very much disappointed with service rep. I spoke to service rep TJ he tried to help me out. He told number of problems in Traverse. I was shocked and surprise with in 3 months spend quite a bit money fix the car. I seen few warning was coming on screen. I did mention to Mark but he did not make any note. I got my car back pay $587.00 until car never got fixed very much disappointed with frost. I will urge everyone if you have any problem with GM frost please let people knows. I will never go again. I left message for Jeremy Corbett he is service manager. I would like to hear them back. very sad and disappointed from GM Frost Hwy 10 and Bovaird. Received call from Jeremy Corbett but nothing done yet. Still waiting to reset the light and remote.

I recently bought a Chevrolet Traverse Premier at this location and really a great experience. People at this location are very friendly, courteous and professional. Our sale agent, Peter P. did a tremendous job on helping me get what I wanted. With the quick and professional service that I received, i will definitely refer people to this location. From the bottom of my heart, once again , I thank you.

Hands down the worst vehicle experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and told them that my engine was leaking coolant, which shouldn't be happening in a 5 year old car, but that's another rant. They allegedly checked the problem out by running a dye test/coolant kit. The GM technicians told me to drive my car for 30 days and bring it back without tipping up the coolant, horrible advice for an overheating engine, but I trusted that they knew what they were talking about. Big mistake!! My head gasket blew out in 2 weeks and wrecked my engine. I told them what happened and they said 'the car is out of warranty, sorry cant help you'. Even though it was their instructions that ruined the engine! After hours of infuriating back and forth, including people not answering my calls and not getting back to me, I contact the owner of the dealership and he does the same thing! He says he will help me and then never got back to me. This is a SHAMEFUL display of a lack of responsibility or customer care. I will never go back there for anything and I would encourage even my worst enemy to avoid this dealership.

Horrible service in the service department. Was told i would be able to be dropped home within 15 minutes and I waited over an hour. I would’ve been better off doing my oil change myself. They also forgot to reset the light! I am outraged with the service I received and will never be bringing a vehicle to this location ever again....in addition as soon as we pulled off the lot, the car was very loud! Knew exactly what it was. The air box was not put back on properly and they broke one of the clips and didn’t bother to put the reminding clips on! This is ridiculous. I should really file a complaint OMVIC and the discipline committee. Or possible get paper work from another registered dealer verifying the damages and filling a claim with the motor vehicle dealers compensation fund.

2nd time back to Frost GM & once again a big disappointment. I brought in my vehicle for 11am and specified I would need my vehicle back by 3pm to pick up my kids from school. No major repairs needed & they kept my vehicle for 4 hours to bill the manufacturer for labour. Malpractice Frost GM, my kids waited 1/2 an hour for your profits and I will be calling GM Canada to report this. I am not sure how this dealership has a 4 star rating, complete opposite when it comes to experience. I would never purchase or have any vehicles serviced here again. Careless service DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BRAMPTON
