I got a 2019 Honda Insight from Performance Honda Mayfield in august 2018. It is a brand-new car, its kilometer rating was supposed to be less than 150 (which I found out later after receiving it). When we got it the kilometer rating was 412 kilometers. Then we found out that its roof and trunk was leaking. When we went to fix the front trim job, we had to go multiple times because they did not order all of the parts. when we go last time to get remaining parts installed they damage our driver side rear bumper. when we tell them they say car comes with damaged bumper. when we tell them show us pre-inspection sheet of car they say they not did it. when we says show us the videos from cameras on the door they show us the video of car leaving the service bay. when we ask show us when car entering service bay they show us video of passenger side. we ask for the video of driver side camera their manager say that is not camera that is only light. not recommend to anybody to go there.

So this was my first time buying a car and I had limited knowledge of what to get, what I wanted, and simply what car lingo even meant. But my sales rep Tammara was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me, she ensured I was very happy, and she made things work. She was knowledgeable of the cars and took her time to show me around. She was understanding and extremely helpful. The entire Honda team in fact was kind, respectful, and approachable. Joey, one of the managers was super sweet. Antonio, one of the financial managers was so great. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I definitely recommend these folks, they know their stuff. Would I go to them again? Of course I will! Solid 10 out 10 service. *sending hugs* :)

Awesome experience by the whole team of Honda Mayfield. Very friendly staff. Excellent services for the car maintenance. Adi and Alex did great job of recording and inspection of my car after welcoming followed by oil change and tire rotation. Did vacuum and car wash. Good pick and drop service. Keep doing Guys.

Excellent dealership to purchase or lease a car from. Spoke with Laksith multiple times over the phone regarding a 2019 Civic and made the 1 hour drive to go in. Very honest and customer oriented service. Easy to see he cared only about my needs and wants rather than using the usual sales tactics like other dealers. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

My wife and I needed new car and wanted a Honda. We went to Performance Honda Mayfield and Tamara helped us get a 2019 accord sport. We have small kids and had to go see Tamara 3 separate times. She was very patient and understanding. She did not pressure us at all to buy on the spot our first visit instead showing us what would fit our needs and budget. The sales manager Joey was also great to work with. I would highly recommend Tamara if anyone is looking for a new car.
