WOW!!! The customer service that i received was by far the best experience that anyone can have while buying a vehicle. The staff are very welcoming and make you feel like a person rather then a dollar sign. Emily M treated me like family. I’ve never had customer service like this anywhere! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience and I tell everyone to go to Riverside Auto if they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle and being treated like with the up most respect. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me.

George, Michael and June gave us the best first trailer experience. They were fun and so supportive. Big Bear has great staff and provided us with fair pricing on our purchases. We will definitely go back to Riverside! Cant wait to start our rv travels!

We purchased our new Springdale trailer from Big Bear. We were very happy about how we were treated. There were no pressure tactics, and everything was explained. Dealing with the owner, Big Bear, sealed the deal. In the end, we not only got a great deal, but found the place to purchase our next trailer.
