Mort Backus and. Sons has been there when my family needed them. This family business makes me feel like I am part of the family! Great friendly service and always a smile and hello both at the shop or out on the street. As long as I can drive they will be my go to. Thanks a lot

When you walk into Mort Backus, it's like visiting an old friend. Everyone greets you with a smile and kind words. Because of Jordan, Brandon, and Sarah, my experience at this dealership was great!

Mort backus has kept my 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche running like new! Just nearly reaching 85k miles. And after having a few bad run ins with small garages locally, I decided the only way was the dealership. They have treated me like family not just a number!! Super friendly, super helpful, and can always count on them from basic repairs to custom orders they are truly one of the best in the north country!! Thanks again from a very happy customer!🙂 P.S. they serviced my truck this afternoon! Sep 19, 2018
