Friendly knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to make sure your buying experience is memorable. I made this purchase without ever leaving my home, over the Internet. My negotiations with Carlos were always met with complete information on the car and respect for me as a woman and my intelligence. Something I did not always receive from other dealers. Carlos made sure the Camaro 2SS I bought was exactly what I wanted, and Bonnie had all my paperwork in order so that all went smoothly. I arrived to pick up my dream car and was able to leave to return home to Northern Ontario within three hours. The owner, Jason Taylor, welcomed me and made me feel right at home at his dealership. I met quite a few staff while there and all were friendly. Even though I had to drive 11 hours from home, I would seriously consider this dealership for my next automobile and will recommend them to my friends. Thank-you for making my experience truly fantastic. Cookies were a sweet gift. Did I say I love my car!!!

I am generally very satisfied with Taylor Auto Mall’s service. My latest visit, however, has caused me some concerns. I did know that there are multiple issues with my car that require attention, and requested that I be informed regarding whether repairs were required immediately or could wait. This was done to me entire satisfaction, and duly notated on my receipt.. What has given me cause for concern, however, is what happened after. Once I had been informed of repairs that would be needed in the spring, the service representative, Rob H. then informed me that the cap for my brake fluid container was “just not there” and said a new part could be ordered for a cost of $60.00 approximately plus an additional flushing of my brake lines would be required ata cost of approximately $120.00 plus tax. What has caused me to be concerned is this: some months ago I had my brakes repaired at Taylor Auto Mall. Subsequent to that, I have had the car in for maintenance and inspection, and nothing was ever said about the missing cap. I find this concerning because I can only come to one of two conclusions: 1. That it was not missing at other times, thus lost on this visit or 2. That it was missing ever sine the brakes were repaired or perhaps lost during other inspections and not mentioned which really concerns me. I did consent to the part being ordered and agreed to be called when the part was there to have that done. That said, I would greatly appreciate a call confirming that the part was ordered, and to further discuss my concerns.

A wonderful experience with Donna and Bonnie looking after our every need. Never felt so much at home(NB) as sitting in the chair with Donna explaining everything to both of us. Taylor is very lucky to have two such knowledgeable women on his staff. We personally would like to thank both ladies for their professionalism and friendship. The vehicle is everything that we expected it to be. Comfortable, peppy, and loads of room. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

The service at Taylor is warm welcoming and consistent. I have been going for regular service for two previous vans and now my Volt for more than 15 years and have always had friendly timely service. My vehicle is always in great shape and well looked after. Thanks

On my way to Toronto for a business trip to India my car failed on the 401, and I had to go by taxi to the airport. From India I called Donna Tregunna at Taylor. She found the just the right car for me, working with me overseas and across timezones. When I landed home to Pearson International, waiting at arrivals was a lovely man with the keys. What a wonderful experience. No worries. No troubles. No searching for solutions. Everything taken care of. I signed the papers and drove home to Kingston. Thank you Donna!
