My girlfriend and I went in to buy our first new car. We were greeted by a sales associate, Charles right away. He was very pleasant and helpful throughout our whole experience. He asked us questions to better understand our needs and wants and made the process feel effortless and enjoyable. He made sure we were happy with what we were getting. Even after our purchase Charles was great at assisting us with our follow up questions and concerns. Also the space was really nice, very open concept and we could actually see examples of colors and tires on the cars in the show room. All around it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend buying a car here.

Just leased my second Honda Fit from here and left very happy. Cory was my salesperson and was absolutely fabulous! He walked me through every step and made sure I understood it all. I felt like he was there to find the best car for me and my situation. Elise was the finance lady I dealt with and she was equally amazing. Iâ€™ll definitely back for my next car!

Run! As far and as fast as you can from this place. Don't want to even give it one star! We were unable to come up with an agreeable price to purchase our vehicle, and once we looked at dealerships in the Valley, realized they were happier to make a deal (they actually beat the price that Kanata Honda would not agree to!) But that is business. I've tried to service my vehicle here. Service people don't return calls, don't return emails. When I had service done and they send you the customary email asking for your feedback or if you have questions or concerns, it is just lip service. Don't bother asking anything...they won't return your message or address your questions. I had to go through Honda Canada to get answers. They then contacted the service manager and asked him to contact me, on two different occasions, still have yet to hear from him...2 months later! They have NO idea what good service is. Don't go here if you are expecting service ! Have tried to take up my concerns with managers, they simply don't respond. Very disappointed, frustrating and appalled. Will NOT go back!

We just purchased a new Civic from this dealership and got a great experience. Thiago supported us from day one, clarifying our doubts, showing us options, and being always available. He has a great balance on his approach: he's not pushy, but at the same time doesn't leave you unattended. We are very happy with the service and are looking forward to being customers for years.

I have been going to Kanata Powerhouse for years to purchase anything motorcycle related. Time and time again, they have not failed. Some points to highlight: - Excellent customer service - Only place in Ottawa I know that will compete with online retailers and other local retailers - Will do special orders and is willing to exchange if necessary (with no extra charges) - Special orders will usually take about 1 day, maybe 3 days at worse case I will certainly be returning and would recommend to any of my motorcycle friends. Special compliments to Toby Bartlett - Parts Manager! He's a straight shooter and always is willing to help the customer.
