you want to do business you read the negative reviews first same exact game that happened to the last guy happened to me. look at a vehicle and if you don't live in the close area they want you to come in and they are gonna give you the same big runaround they definitely want you to understand that a bird in hand is better than one in the bush go there they are unprepared no one to appraise your vehicle then the vehicle will be low balled if someone else is interested it will be sold out from under you they cannot and refuse to deal with you on the phone one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and you end up with five or six people in your business deal. piss poor dealership will never deal with them and to those of you out of the area of this dealership save your time and look elsewhere

Amazing sales staff, i personally recomend Tania. Bought a new 2016 F150 in Oct 2016, its had a few issues yet their service dept is the best. They do everything possible to help you with any situation big or small. The best Ford Dealer around. Best pricing, best staff, i will use no other dealer.-. . Update December 2018, was a great dealership, they lost my business due to a woman named Temple in service and the cost of two tires, I have since switched over and just bought a Toyota Tundra

For the readers of reviews I will post the reason for the 1 Star quick and if you would like to read on be my guest. TIME IS IMPORTANT WE WILL NEVER GET IT BACK.......... SCHEDULED APPT and TRUCK WASNT TOUCHED....... When I called to get a status I was informed they got busy and to leave it overnight and hopefully they will get to it tomorrow...... I scheduled an APPT which took a week to get. I have a job one that requires me to have a vehicle so when I lose that vehicle for any period of time it does take prior coordination and planning. When I lose my vehicle and it isn't even diagnosed there's an issue. Why did this happen? Why wasn't I notified earlier in the day when they realized it? Why allow me to drop it off? Did they overbook? Did someone not show to work? Did non warrantied work take priority over warrantied work? I guess we will never know. Try to fix the problem or at least bandage it, throw me a loaner for the day and keep my truck in until it's fixed, something. Just to compound my gripe. When I dropped my truck off I informed the rep that i would indeed need it back for work in the AM and if the diagnosis comes back unfixable today please let me know and I will come get it and we can schedule the fix at a later date. I purchased this vehicle because I wanted a dealer/service department close to my house.... My time is more important and probably less time will be lost adding 20 more miles round trip to Davidson Ford on 11. Hopefully this is not the norm and I am the exception. I wish it would have been different.
