A VERY professional sales team especially Mr. IRFAN SHAIKH. He handled all queries without hesitation , was not pressuring a sale, extremely patient and a great followup methodology. Strongly recommend to deal with Mr, Shaikh if you do not wish to get disappointed. It took me 30.minutes to close a brand new 2018 RX 350 this afternoon.

What a great place to shop for a car! I recently leased a 2018 RC 300 in the most beautiful red I’ve ever seen. Karl Zaman gave me exactly what I was looking for and fought to give me the best price possible. Not only was Karl knowledgeable about the product but he was understanding and patient while I made the decision. Thank you Karl for putting the customer first. We are definitely return customers.

Karl is by far the most helpful sales guy I've ever met. I had the best experience from start to finish! He made it a very fun easy purchase . Ask for Karl when you go in! You won't be disappointed . I had gone to another Lexus dealership and had a very bad experience . Thank you Lexus of Lakeridge!! I love my NX .She is a beauty

We purchased a used car with Irfan Shaikh as our sales consultant. We were very pleased with the attention and customer service we received. Even though we purchased an inexpensive used car, we still received the "LEXUS" treatment we have come to expect from purchasing new vehicles at established Lexus dealerships. Mr. Shaikh was very easy to interact with. Mr. Shaikh quickly took care of any our questions or concerns. When it is time to purchase another car, we will definitely go and see Irfan Shaikh.

Lexus of Lakeridge is one of the finest dealership in Toronto. The service and hospitality is amazing. I have bought 3 cars and this place is definitely recommended. Servicing for my cars also had been a great experience. Alif has helped me out with all my cars. His support and recommendations have been great help. Myself and my family went home happily all three times.
