Just bought a vehicle here and I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and how far they are willing to go to accommodate their customers. Dealt with Cassandra and she was AMAZING! she even surprised us with gifts in the van for our girls which blew my mind. We bought a vehicle here in 2010 which was also a great experience, so even though we are no longer in the Durham Region this was our first choice spot. I would recommend Village Dodge and Cassandra to any and everyone looking for a vehicle.

Either someone is been paid to give reviews or have friends with a lot of time on their hands to give great reviews. Well here’s one that’s real. Utterly poor customer service in the Service department. Thought it would be convenient to make an appointment for a scheduled oil change online. Respected the service time and told it take about 2 hours for a simple oil change. Waited 2 hours with the car still not taken in for the service. Was told they were running behind even though they close at 4PM. Asked what could be done as compensation for wasting my time but the guy looked confused on how to please a customer. Sadly these guys get paid but have no clue. By the way you’re still lucky to get 1 star

Great service. Personable staff. Special thanks to Dave Chan for his thoroughness, patience and straight from the hip feedback. Many thanks! Love our Jeep Cherokee limited!

. I live three hours away from Village Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Did everything over the phone, texting and emails. Buying a vehicle that I had not seen was very unsettling. thankfully I dealt with Sam Abboud. He took the time to go out to the vehicle to take a very detailed pictures so that I felt comfortable that the van was in excellent condition. Every time I contacted Sam he was very quick to respond to my questions The team was easy to deal with very friendly, accommodating and informative. I would definitely recommend a family member or friend. Thank you Sam

Took our Jeep in for much needed brake service. The service rep, Paul, was super nice and helpful. He ensured all the parts were in on time to get a huge job done in time for our vacation drive. I was really impressed by their professionalism and friendly service. I’ll be back for service on my other Chrysler car too.!
