I really appreciated all of Eddie's help on the purchase of my 370z. Being 300km away the time he spent up front answering all my questions and sending me videos of the car was instrumental in our deal. I really enjoyed working with Eddie and Michael and the purchase experience was top notch. Great job!!!

I had the best buying experience here with Luke Hoffman. He really made sure I was getting the best vehicle for my needs. No pressure tactics, just lots of patience with my difficult decision. Went today to Ajax Nissan for the first time, to do an oil change for my 2012 Nissan Rouge and had the worst experience ever. Initially staff was very friendly and they even gave a complimentary wash along with oil change. I was about to return back, but suddenly I noticed that "Check engine" light is ON. I was surprised, how a simple oil change could trigger the light. Informed the service associate about the issue and he offered to check it, but only if I pay another $128 fee. I was stunned to hear that. He even tried to convince me that it could be just because of missing sensors on my winter tires… Well, I had the same winter tires for last two seasons, but the check engine light was never on, so why now??? I insisted not to take the car unless they fix the issue, neither agreed to pay extra $128. Finally they checked the issue and told that OBD II code P0101 appeared and to fix it they have to do more diagnosis using Nissan database which will cost $128(no idea what it means, google search gave me about few possible reasons); if not fixed then next step is to change MAF sensor ($550), and if still not fixed, replace catalytic converter ($2500). What a strategy and idea to loot customers. I checked many google articles, nowhere it mentions P0101 is due to catalytic converter issue. And I still don’t understand how the engine light went on exactly after the it was out from service..

I book an appointment online for service. Oil change and to see why traction control light/brake light is on. For them to see why these lights on they are asking for $129 diagnostic fee, this is crazy. I am about to leave my car with service but I was told that they are backed up and it would be over 3 hours before my car is finished. So I cancelled because I require my car to pickup my kids from school. The advisor said that booking an appointment is not to be scheduled for a service appointment but to see a service advisor. I’m sorry but that makes no sense. If I book an appointment I should receive my vehicle back in a timely manner not more than 3 hours later.
