I went to Ajax Mitsubishi looking for a new family van. I dealt with Josh D who is such a fantastic, no pressure sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to answer any and all questions to find exactly what I was looking for. It is obvious Josh takes pride in his work and the company. He made this experience very easy and smooth and even took time out of his own schedule to ensure all of my expectations were met in a quick and timely manner. I was out of the country when I was looking at used car and Josh held the car for me until I returned. Josh made the process painless and provided me all the history to the car. Josh kept me updated as I waited for the car to be ready. Excellent customer service and happy with my purchase!

I bought a used vehicle from Ajax Mitsubishi, in September 2018. A week later it needed a new battery, which was replaced no charge. A few weeks after that, and the engine thermostats needed replacing...which they did for less than the quoted price. But... unfortunately, either one of the new thermostats was faulty, or the fluids hadn't been properly flushed, which caused me to be without heat. This lead to a week of 3 loaners and a rental car. Once "fixed" I asked to have a list of all the fluids that had been put in my vehicle, as it's my first car. I asked if the fluids had been topped back up to full like they were when I bought it was told "yes", but they are very low. It's now been a week since I asked for it to be emailed or texted to me....and nothing. They need to be topped up for the winter! I really like the guys and feel a bit disrespected for not having my simple request go ignored. I've heard it isn't good to mix different fluids in your vehicle, so I simply want a list of what they've put in it.
