Very nice staff all-around. Service techs very knowledgeable, courteous, do not try to push extra services on you. Shop is well organized and tidy. I wouldn't do my business anywhere else.

Had an exceptional experience at Whitby Toyota today! Thank you to Mike and the Parts & Services team for your amazing customer service! Received a flat tire late last night. Even with the busy winter tire season upon them, Mike and his team worked their magic, and had a brand new tire put on my Rav4. Thank you so much!!

I am a long time customer at this Toyota dealership. The parts department is friendly and very helpful. I have purchased and leased multiple vehicles over the years. This is due to how they treated me, acknowledging my long term relationship with them. They're always willing to beat the best offer from other dealerships. I'm also a loyal Toyota fan for its reliability. I have had 3 Corollas and currently a RAV4 and all have been very reliable and has yet to let me down.

Thank you to Shawn and the Whitby Toyota staff for their exceptional service. Shawn was quick to answer all of my questions thoroughly and with honesty. After test driving the vehicle, the leasing process took no time to complete and Shawn explained each step along the way. The vehicle has become a great asset for my business. I would definitely recommend Whitby Toyota to my family and friends.

I phoned the Service Department to ask for a written quote (on a few parts + labor). He asked for my email address, which I provided. Two days go by and I get no response. So I follow up by phoning again, several times, but cannot get through to Service as it goes to voicemail. Instead of leaving a message, I decide to use their Live Chat. I explain to the person what happened and she apologizes. So I start from scratch with her: I ask for a written quote and provide my mail address. Sure enough, several days go by and I still get no response. Unbelievable!!! When a dealership cannot complete a simple task, (not once but twice) how can a potential customer rely on them to service a vehicle properly? First impressions do last! That’s why I will not phone them again and I, definitely, will urge friends and others to go elsewhere. There’s a reason why they have the lowest Google rating among other Toyota dealerships in the vicinity. Unreliable and irresponsible! By the way, I phoned two other Toyota dealerships, as well as an independent garage. I got an email response with written estimates from all of them within 24 hours.
