This place always tries to inflate the price of what it costs to get my car serviced. I've been coming here for years but I will stop coming because it's a rip-off! ***Update*** I was able to get in contact the services manager who amended the situation and gave me a fair price for my car to get serviced. I have readjusted my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you, Acura Pickering.

Had the pleasure of working with Steve and James recently, who were very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and above board. While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, I really appreciated their service and consideration, and I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to anyone. All the best.

Coffee was good but both will in service and SM were very condescending for some unknown reason. Second experience where I’m being asking to pay thousands after coming in for a recall or warranty extension (??)

Me and my husband were looking for car. We went to couple of places but the rates were high . Luckily we went to Pickering Acura. We met Syed Raza there and he helped us in finding the car better than our expectations . We went on Wednesday and with in 6 days we got our car . Interest rates are great. Car is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will strongly recommend Acura Pickering .

Just called the parts department to order a part from them. I was asked to prepay for it. I asked if I can do that via phone by credit card. The answer was, "no, this is a company policy because there is too much fraud on credit cards, and you have to come in person". lol I guess Acura of Pickering still seats is 19th century and most likely instead of computers use notebooks and pencils... Good luck to them. I'm not making the trip to just show my face in there to do what I can do online. ***** To reply to the below owners comment... what miscommunication are we talking about? Basically you ask people to prepay for stuff before ordering parts which is fine I guess. What is surprising, you don’t want to take the credit card info over the phone, but ask to come in person to prepay. This is what I’m complaining about. I need to make an extra trip just to prepay. I hope you change this policy as it is not the smartest one.
