MARK MARK MARK !!!!!! This was my first time getting a car on my own so I was a little cautious. I did a lot of research before making my purchase. Had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I walked in and Mark made me feel confident in my decision. He was so nice and easy to deal with. I asked a lot of questions and followed up a few times and he was always happy to help. Mark is very friendly and it never felt like he was selling me something but helping me make a good choice. I recently came here to get servicing done for my car which has a recall notice. The process was easy and painless. I made an appointment 1 week prior and the when I arrived on the day of my servicing appointment, they finished the job in under and hour. The facility is newly constructed, has a large waiting area as well as free wifi. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the market for a new Toyota or just need some servicing.

Great experiences with this dealership so far! After driving a gifted Cobalt for the past ten years, I was finally ready to move on to something new and purchase my first car. My husband and I worked with Paul to purchase a used Corolla, and he made the process very simple! Because we already knew the make and model that we wanted, he pulled out a list and we were able to pick out the ones we wanted to look at. He wasn't pushy (like I anticipated car salespeople would be) at any point during the process, and largely let us lead the conversation. This was challenging for us (as first-time car buyers) at points, but ultimately I think much easier than a high-pressure sale would've been. Given the time of year, I also purchased snow tires and rims, and made an appointment to have them put on. When I returned a week later for my appointment time, I was shocked to find out that the service people had no record of the appointment I had booked, but they were able to fit me in anyway which I very much appreciated. The waiting area is comfortable, with your selection of couches or more private cubbies (with outlets!) to sit in while you wait.

Drove to Pickering Toyota to meet with Mark.M at the recommendation of a friend. A friend of mine had purchased a vehicle from Mark a few months ago and was very pleased with the service they received. I was coming from the west end and was hoping Mark was around later in the evening and he was happy to accommodate. He was very easy to deal with and was able to answers all the questions I had. I have been to a few dealership in the past week and Mark was definitely the most pleasant person I have met with thus far.
