Incoming Rant. Today I brought in my vehicle for an Oil Change for 915am. Shouldn't take too long... 30 minutes, maybe 45 if things are running late. No problem. Nope. At about 11am I was getting a bit fed up at waiting. This is an hour and forty-five minutes. I get to the customer rep at the service desk; I tell him I want to know where my car is... I've been waiting for 1h 45m.... it should be done by now. He heads into the back to find out. When he comes out he tells me that the car HASN'T EVEN BEEN TOUCHED. So I've been sitting in the waiting room for 1h 45m for absolutely nothing. I am not happy. I am doing my best to keep my calm here as yelling isn't going to make things move faster. They offer to get it done ASAP. The rep is sorry. They bring my car in and get the oil changed the fastest I've ever seen it. Twenty minutes! Amazing. Besides having wasted an 1:45 of my life is that they never even offered me ANYTHING other than "I'm sorry". How much does an oil change cost? $30? Dealership Oil Change: $45?? You know the first thing that everybody asked me when I told them this story was: "Did they give you a free oil change?" Did they? NOPE. They didn't even ATTEMPT at offering anything except apologies. I'm so glad to know that to them my time is worth $0. Before buying your vehicle here, consider going to another Hyundai dealership. The cars are great; this dealership not so much.

I needed an affordable car after an accident totaled my first vehicle, and they had one on the lot that fit the bill perfectly. Phil McLean (sales) and Habib (finance) were both professional and friendly. They explained how everything works in car sales these days, and we were able to agree on terms that benefited everyone. I was able to drive my new car off the lot in just a week, with everything in order and at the lowest price of any other dealership in Durham. Highly recommended - you know they're genuine when they can compliment other manufacturers, too!

Great service! The customer service rep I had, Daniel, was very helpful and friendly. He went the extra mile to check into other issues that I had with my car. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. They gave me a complimentary car wash as well as quick shuttle service to and from home.

My experience at Whitby Hyndai has been the best ever. Jordan Sudar was extremely helpful. He made my whole experience of getting my car not only easy but very fun and delightful. He made sure to understand my needs, and answered all my hesitations with ease. The entire experience here has been great and I highly recommend it to everyone! Go see Jordan and go to Whitby Hyundai to get your next car! Also Jordan makes a great coffee blend!

Absolutely spectacular! After a bad experience at another Hyundai dealer I met Roman here who is an all star employee! The supporting staff was equally wonderful and there was definitely no dull moment. Just got my new car and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Ecstatic with everything! Ty!
