Buyers should be beware of shopping here as they can easily try to sell you additional warranty and lot more to add up to the total. I would never recommend anyone here.

Came in for snow tires and an oil change. We were told the tires would be about $500 .we made the date and time came in got things done and got a bill for just over $1000. When asked why they said the tires were a pkg that came with rims. They never never told us that. Now we are here waiting for them to put our regular tires back on. I will never come back to here again when they cannot be honest .

I had my first experience acquiring a brand new vehicle from the Motorcity sales team, yesterday. The conversation started with Lee Jimmo over the online chat. Lee quickly referred me to Dave Griffin. In less than 24 hours from my initial chat with Lee, Dave and I shook hands on a deal that I couldn't be happier with. Last but not least, dealing with Rick Diguer, the finance manager, was an absolute pleasure. He got my approval and all of the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes (and that's because the power went off and he had to start from scratch). Believe me, I was skeptical at first since there was some financial engineering to get through. That didn't stop Rick for a second, I tell you. I absolutely recommend Motorcity to anyone looking for a transparent, quick and reliable purchase. A big thanks to Lee, Dave and Rick.

Let me start out by saying that we get all our servicing done here on our 2017 Outlander. Bought it here as well as our Previous RVR. We have always received excellent service with the very odd minor glitch and have been more then happy with everything. However we took our Outlander we bought all the extended warranties on in to have the rear view mirror fixed. It fell off yesterday morning when my wife got in and touched it with her hand. She took it in and was told that it’s not covered, “We’ve owned many vehicles and the mirror has never fallen off”, and was told that we need a new windshield as well. We asked if it could be glued back on and they said it could be done but they will have to charge us to do it. Why do we have to pay for an item like this. It seems to me that the item was defective and shouldn’t have come off that easy and after all we bought an extended warranty too, we bought it for peace of mind on our New Car. We were not 100% satisfied at all. My wife was so angry that she couldn’t wait for them to bring our car out. She drove next door to Speedy Glass where they glued it back on free of charge. Now that’s great customer service. Perhaps Motorcity can learn a lesson from how Speedy operates. What else won’t be under warranty on our paid for extended warranty. We hurt and confused now.

Great place to service my mitsubishi. I have a 9 yr old lancer. I used to take my car to Markham Mitsubishi, but have always been disappointed with the service there. I have been going to Motorcity Mitsubishi for the past 3 yes, and they have always taken excellent care of me. They never try to up-sell me on services that are not required. Furthermore there was a few times where they noticed issues with my car, and fixed it under warranty. Everything starts with the service advisors (the two Karen's and Anthony), and to their mechanics that does the dirty work in the back. I highly recommend these guys.
