We purchased our New Truck a couple of Months ago and the Salesman was so friendly and professional. Forward to today when my husband went to the Express lane for an oil change and whomever was on service refused my husband was rude and told him he wanted to leave soon so he wasn't taking any vehicles. We are flabbergasted. Now after seeing all the reviews on service I wish we would have seen that first, we probably would have gone elsewhere. The other Chrysler Dealership was more than willing to get us in for service. Thoroughly disappointed.

I came to the service department and spoke with Erika. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She knew the answer to all my questions which was so helpful as I’m not very knowledgeable with vehicles. Highly recommend speaking with her if you get the chance! Thanks Erika for the fantastic service and helping me out!

Please see Manny for any inquires as he is very good and does his best to understand a client needs and help. He also helped me secure an approval where my credit was not so great at a good rate. Very satisfied.

I would like to praise Fraser Chrysler’s finance manager Sherry Lizinski, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with her, and she worked very hard to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Thank you, Sherry.. I greatly appreciate your efforts and hard work. Sincerely, Kyle 😊

First time at this dealership and was very pleased with the service department! Spoke with Erika and she was very kind and courteous and was very knowledgeable with all my questions I had regarding the service that was needing to be performed on my vehicle. Service and repairs were done in a timely manner and I must say I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning in the future. I will also be recommending my friends and family to service here as well! Thanks Erika and Fraser Chrysler!!!
