Well let me tell you how great they are here my wife and I traded our car in Granville was awesome. Gave me a great offer on our car, I know when it’s time to trade our car in I’ll be definitely coming back to see Granville. I’ve had my 2017 Chevy Impala serviced a few times here I’ve never had any issues. Always friendly at customer service desk and 100% honest. Keep up the great work!!!!!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike from OMS. If anyone is in the market for a great GM vehicle, he is your guy to talk to. Mike made the whole process so easy. He wasn’t super pushy, he took his time and let us take ours. He was extremely specific in explaining everything regarding our situation, and the vehicle we ended up purchasing from him. 110% will recommend Mike Godfrey to anyone I know! He’s the best.

I'm really happy with my purchase. Shawn Irwin was by far the best and most professional sales person I have dealt with in the search for a new car. He took the time to answer all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the product and financial options. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and he was very friendly and made me feel welcome as a customer at Ontario Motor Sales. The staff were accommodating and friendly. There was never any pressure from the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away in my 2018 Equinox. Shawn Irwin was exemplary. I was immediately at ease with him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking at buying a vehicle. He has a relaxed, easy, laid back approach that is also professional and informative.
