First Service(Oil Change) on our Atlas and it went off without a hitch. On time, took our vehicle right in and it was completed ahead of schedule. Nice waiting area (good WiFi, coffee (Keurig), very clean washrooms, and a great friendly group of people. Everyone wanted to know how we liked our vehicle so far.............we like it very much !

Great dealership, outstanding service. Robin always gets my Jetta in and out as quickly as possible. I am always greeted with a smile and on a first name basis. Glen, Mike, Robin and Karen are warm and trustworthy folks. I would never dream of going elsewhere.

A huge thanks to the VW team (especially Mike and Tyler!) for the amazing after-hours service today to replace a flat tire!!

Made an appointment to have an oil change done and transmission checked. Although the gentleman that helped me was nice, after an hour of still seeing my car sitting outside I asked how much longer it would be. He said they werw almost done, the transmission was fine but they did not do the oil change. Strange that they did not record what i was coming in for when I called to make the appointment. Will not be returning here for service. Will go to ottawa next time.
