Mathieu, the service manager gets top grades in my book for taking a contentious service billing issue, and resolving it to my complete satisfaction. His insight in understanding the customer’s perspective makes him well suited in his position. He is a strong asset to Uptown Kia, in my view.

Not at all pleased with the 2018 kia soul, too many problems unsolved with the electronics and after 7 months of owning this vehicle I had to have it serviced 4 times including the breaks. The price for having my vehicle serviced was almost double compared to Hyundai, and 2 others and the service department was very rude and had no answers. I am very excited to trade this vehicle in. Hyundai has made me an excellent offer for trade in and excellent services.

Please avoid this dealership at all cost unless your repairs or inquiries about your vehicle is covered under warranty. This was my first time taking my 2010 Kia Soul here because I wasn’t able to put gas in it meaning the gas kept coming out the tank while filling up. I told service my main concern which was my ability to put gas. I mentioned that my check engine light was on but my main concern is the fuel coming out while filling up. He said no problem bring it in. I brought it and got a bill of $186.89 just for check engine light and them having difficulty accessing some part of the vehicle. I was in shock! Someone by the name of Corey explained me the bill and said he would contact me with pricing and options getting a check engine light fixed. Till this day forward I still haven’t heard from this dealership and gave up $186.89 for nothing.

Very good customer service. As with other dealerships, labour costs are high.
