Can't say enough good things about the staff at Seaway. Long story short, I had a deal lined up at a different dealership and they dropped the ball bigtime, wouldn't help me out. I needed a fairly specific truck fast and Bruce & Matt made it happen when the other guys wouldn't. They found me exactly what I needed almost 1,000 km away in Quebec, and had it delivered to Cornwall the next day. Sebastien in finance made the whole money-side-of-things process a breeze. By the time I showed up to pick up my truck, everything was taken care of; all I had to do was sign the usual docs and I was on the road in my new wheels in an hour. Extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. They all took the time to answer my questions promptly. No pushy sales pitches or anything of the sort. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle. Even though I live over 2hrs away, I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat. I have no doubts that should I have any issues with warranties, repairs etc, they will help me out. Thanks guys! -Geoff (very happy owner of a new GMC Sierra)

Wow! These 5 stars are totally deserved! I was in the market for a used vehicle and it would be my first vehicle purchase ever. I went to multiple dealerships in Cornwall and I didn’t appreciate how I was treated as most dealerships would try to pull the wool over my eyes because I am young and making a first time purchase. At Seaway Chevrolet I met with Carole Quenneville and she was very transparent with the “hidden fees” and got me the best price for my car! I managed to get a full manufacturers warranty on a 2012 used Kia Soul through them to give me full peace of mind for my purchase. I was treated like gold through my process of purchasing a vehicle here and they really aim to please customers and work with you rather than pressuring you into buying something that you’re unsure of which is exactly what other dealerships in town did to me. I love my car and I love that they did everything they could to have the car up to my standards before I took it home. Thank you Carole and the whole team at Seaway GM. Today I brought my car in for a safety inspection. Corey Wheeler set me up with a beautiful truck while my car was being worked on. Justin Dixon thoroughly explained the process to me and the parts that needed changing. I was recommended here by several people and I'm very happy with the service I received. Even though I was 5hrs away working, everyone did all they could do to get me into my new truck. Special thanks to Pierre for finding the truck I wanted and getting it brought in and for all the time spent on the phone with me getting things set up, wether he was actually at work or not. Thanks to Cory as well for setting up all the financing over the phone, emails and fax. Whatever it took, everyone went above and beyound and I really appreciate it!! Thanks for everything, Frank
