Bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt last year from Warner and will not buy another from there. My mom and I spotted the car as I was in need of a new one and thought it was a good idea. The price on the car was $7600. We talked to a care salesman that my mom knew. The next day my grandfather went to look at the car as he made a career of selling cars. He was able to talk to guy down to $5600 and when we went in to sign papers the total was almost $8000. He did not tell me he talked the salesman down to $5600 so it is pertially my fault, but you’d think people would have some decency to keep the price they discussed.

we are totally unsatisfied. we were sold a jeep patriot under the pretext that it was 4 wheel drive and after we took possesion of the vehicle we found out it was only front wheel drive. we are still trying to get the issue resolved. Jason Aubrey deceived us.

Don't know how anyone could give them anymore stars. As a preface, at least they don't sell you what you don't want..... Selection is limited, their sales people don't call you back or put any effort into a sale. Attempted to buy local, from them, twice and they took zero time in a sale. For a dealer with very limited colors and types of vehicles, they will have to do some work. Not only that they are trying to push money off through a rebate that you can get anywhere. Bought a new jeep after no help from these guys. Run as fast as you can to anywhere but here. Bought 2 jeeps in the last year and they weren't from here because they couldn't be bothered.

Their service was priced reasonably. They did a good job and told what I also needed to be done on the car.
