I cannot say enough good things about Bill Marsh in Kalkaska! The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. The facility is clean and welcoming. They have a great selection of vehicles in every price range on a well organized lot. My daughter drove 3 hours to trade-in her truck for a car. Her salesman, Justin, was very helpful and understanding. He was patient with her questions and multiple changes in which vehicle she wanted. He didn't try to put her in something she couldn't afford. Doug gave her a more than fair trade amount for her 2010 Ford F-150 Platinum truck. Vicky went above and beyond to get financing approved. Daryl made sure her 2018 Ford Focus was spotless and beautiful when she came to pick it up. Justin and Vicky even accommodated her schedule by staying late to sign the final papers. They all worked together as a great team to make sure my daughter was happy with every aspect of the experience. You made a lasting impression on us and we are sure to return in the future as well as recommend you!
