Scam

NO STARS. DON'T purchase any vehicle from Showcase Auto Sales in Chesaning, Michigan. They misrepresent the vehicles they offer for sale. They advertised a truck on Car Gurus as having one owner, no accidents, Michigan car. Actually the car had four owners, one accident and came from Canada. They took a deposit to hold and will not return the deposit. Take your money someplace else, anyplace else. Please beware, the truck is posted again on CarGurus with the same false information. Their website, Facebook page and any advertising they have on the internet offer no fax number or e-mail contact, there is a reason for that.

Wade helped us get a car even better than I had hoped for at a great price. Very highly recommend this business. Don't believe the negative reviews, all used cars are buyer beware and you get what you pay for. If you don't know cars, shop with someone that does. Excellent selection, easy to navigate lot, all vehicles are clearly marked with year, price and mileage. Love my new to me Ford Edge! Thank you Wade!

You gotta be really careful, they do not know anything about their cars on the lot and they’re sold as is, means once you pay it’s yours. ask as many questions as you want and make sure you test drive before paying. I tested few cars they said they were good cars, 3 cars/SUV obvious transmission problems the other shacks and starter about to go out. Look under the cars look for rusted out frames as I’ve seen few on the lot. I’ve spent about 3 hours there and seen crazy stuff, blown head gasket for white 2011 escape said good truck asking $6,999= over 7k after fees.

We are really disappointed in this dealership. My hubby spoke with AJ about a Ford F-150 which we had just gotten an approved loan for. After purchasing insurance and getting ready to head that way from Lansing, we were called back and told that it was no longer available and in the shop for transmission repairs for an estimated week. I have no idea why they would tell us it's available without actually checking. Not only that, but they're selling it for 6K with obvious transmission problems. It all just seems really shady. We cancelled our insurance with no problem, but are stuck with a $100 loan fee because of their inability to do basic customer service. I wouldn't shop here and we won't be looking for another car at either of their locations. Update: Our loan officer got a call from them saying the truck was more than our original loan amount, and that their website information was incorrect. We got another call saying it was available and out of the shop less than 2 hours later (after being quoted a week estimate in the shop) and that for the confusion, we would be offered $200 off the truck price, which apparently isn't correct on the website anyway.... I'm extremely grateful that this fell through as we obviously avoided something terrible. I'd just stay away at this point.

Excellent sales people and a terrific variety of reasonably prices used vehicles for anyone. I worked with Darrick and he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and thorough while test driving the truck I ultimately purchased.

I needed a reliable vehicle since I’m a mom. So my fiancé and I went to showcase auto sales. So happy with our choice, salesman we worked with answered all of our questions and gave us the time we needed to look at all of the vehicle options. Never forced us into purchasing. We found a car we liked, took a day to think about it. Went back and purchased it the next day! Very, very happy with our purchase! Highly recommend!
