I find it unacceptable that it takes over 2 hours for an oil change. When making the appointment you should be warned that your booking during a high-profile time so you can plan accordingly. Otherwise everyone was very nice and helpful

Overall ok service. Messages at service returned quick and receptionist very fast and on the ball. It’s the little things that make the experience 3 out of 5. Brought my truck in for some work and they gave me a courtesy car that was dirty, smelled like smoke, had dog hair all over the back seat, had barely any gas in it. I asked for another... it wasn’t much better so I dealt with it. After 3 days my truck was ready as planned. Got into it, had to adjust the seat and backrest which was weird but whatever..... Start the truck, low pressure on a tire. You’d think being at a garage the mechanic would just add air? Work gloves left on my seat. Like I said, little things but these things would never happen with my other vehicles at other dealers.

Buckle up, it's going to be a long one (summary at the bottom). I never expected to be writing this review, especially because this dealer comes so highly recommended from family. My wife bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze with 15000 km on it from another dealership. Yup 15k km, an amazing car. She drives it for a week before we brought it here for an end of warranty inspection where we're told that the car is perfect, except for a hairline fracture in the radiator. Easy fix, only another $160 and we can have it back the next day. We could have had the work done for free if we brought it back to the dealership it was purchased from, but they didn't specialize in Chevy's, so small price to pay to get it done right by the people who are supposed to know what they're doing. My wife drives 75km the day it's picked up and the engine overheats. The steering wheel is shaking and the car has lost 50% power. We open the hood to a cloud of smoke and that sweet smell of coolant. The dealership is closed at this point, but my wife calls anyways to leave them a message. The car is left in the parking lot for the night waiting for the tow the next morning to return it. She's informed that the mechanic didn't secure a section of radiator hose properly and that they're going to fix it at their cost. Everything so far seems fine, but I'm worried that they're just going to cover up their mistake and pass the buck onto us. I want them to stand by their word that the car is fine, but they won't, we just have to trust them. Not being happy with this result, I'm told to contact the service director, who feeds me the same line of "we screwed up, but we fixed it, you have my word". He's also not willing to back anything up with a guarantee, so if the engine fails in 3-6 months because of this, we get to eat the cost. Keep in mind that this engine only has 15k km on it. With any luck, they might be telling the truth, if not, then any problems after February 2019 (original powertrain warranty) caused by this incompetence is on us for trusting them. Not that we've been given much choice. TLDR: Wife buys a 2014 Cruze with 15k km from another dealership, brings it in for EOW inspection where everything is perfect except for radiator. They fix it, but don't connect a hose properly and the car overheats because of it. We just have to take their word that it's fixed properly now, because they don't stand behind their word or their work. Edit after response from the dealership: Regarding their points: 1) The car was not repaired correctly, hence the problem 2) As is normal, considering your technician installed the part incorrectly 3) You didn't charge us for the second repair because it was your fault 4) You say you guarantee that there is no fault with the car here in this response, but not on any of the paperwork we received. When we asked for a guarantee, we were told no. I don't expect the dealership to guarantee the vehicle for life, but when you cause something as critical as engine overheating, I expect you to take some measures to at least guarantee your work. Furthermore, there are still coolant puddles in the engine bay of the car, because the service department couldn't be bothered to clean it properly. If your response is anything to go by, it's just another "pass the buck" statement that I've already covered in my original review.

I dropped in to the service department 30 minutes before closing time with a technical issue on my out of warranty Hummer. Most service personnel would have simply booked me for an appointment at a later date. The service adviser Ron, immediately brought out one of his technicians to assess the problem. The technician didn’t even flinch and said “I got this, bring the vehicle in!” Ron reminded him about the closing time, but their tech insisted he could have everything done while my file was opened. I was very impressed with the level of service provided on a moments notice. Very few places will go the extra mile these days! A+
