Pleasure to work with before sale, not so much after the sale. Poor communication post purchase. Was told by the sales person I would receive $300 off purchase price because I'm from out of town.
After purchasing from the sales manager (different person) I was told "I'm not sure why they'd say $300 off for out of towners", and that's it.
Bought it anyway, thinking I could deal with it after.
A week later after some emails exchanges, I was offered a free oil change instead of the $300 off, because the "house won't budge on that $300". This is coming from a seasoned salesperson who I would expect to know the policy better.
I live about 40 minutes away, so this isn't worth my time. After attempting several negotiations with the sales person, communication has stopped (no response on their part).
I would also like to add that a side part of the front fender was not clipped as I was told it would be. We agreed the slight crack in the front grill could be overlooked for a slightly lower price.
Something I overlooked was the number of KM written on the purchase agreement by the dealer. It read 75000km, when in fact the actual mileage on the car was past 75500km.
So I was shorted about 500km on my 1700km warranty because someone at the dealership rounds off measurements to a wildly inaccurate degree, or it was just overlooked.
So to sum up, good experience initially. Very nice people. Very poor telephone and email communication post purchase. The car works well though.
