I had a genuinely great & low-stress experience purchasing a vehicle from Thrasher Sales. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Thanks Matt!

There is something special about the service and quality when you deal with a local business. There is a mutual trust and relationship that takes the stress out of dealing with car service and supply. Thrashers is awesome at this. Always polite and respectful - especially to my elderly parents. Fabulous.

I first went to Thrasher's on May 11th for an etest. The service rep called the Driveclean centre and was told that in 6 days I qualified for a free etest. So I booked an appointment for 7 days later on May 12th. I also requested a safety and was told it would take two hours. I went in for my appointment on the 12th at 9 am and was told by another service rep that I didn't qualify for a free test and would have to pay. This was confirmed with the centre. The service rep who I dealt with last week remained silent like I was a stranger until I asked him why I was given false information. I quickly learned that he didn't bother writing last week's reference number down to help settle the dispute with the centre. I also questioned this second service rep as to why I was being told to come back at 3 pm for a safety that was booked at 9 am. He informed me that Thrasher's operates "like a doctor's office". "You book an appointment and then sit and wait until you can be squeezed in". What I took from this experience was that customer service/satisfaction is not a priority here. I was not offered any sort of compensation for their screw up on the etest infornation, simply told "of you want an etest it will cost you 35 dollars. I was also told to "calm down" when I questioned their use of booking appointments (and no I did not raise my voice or make a scene) because not everyone can afford to give up their means of transportation so suddenly. I was not offered a courtesy shuttle or loaner vehicle to get myself to work. My dealings with Thrasher Sales and Leasing is done, and I will make sure to spread my opinion of their so called customer service to family/friends/coworkers.
