Don't take your vehicle to Gorno for service! After having my explorer for an entire day, I was told that my seat heater needed a part that was on back order. No big deal, I would take it back and wait for the part to come in. Two weeks later it came in and I received a text telling me so. I made a 9am appointment a week in advance and was told it would take half the day. By 3:30, I called to check on the status and was told I would get a call from the advisor who wrote me up in 20-30 minutes. After an hour and no word from Gorno, I called again. I was told they hadn't finished the job and it was going to "spill into the following day". Since I needed my vehicle for my job early the next morning, I asked how long they needed, for me to be able to pick it up? The reply I got was, "it's ready now". Because the job had never started. "We got really busy this morning", I was told. This reaffirmed why I drive 45 minutes to Livonia to purchase vehicles and now will be making that drive for all my service needs as well. Don't waste your time, your money, or your sanity with Gorno Ford.

Gorno worked with me to get me into my F150 and I love it! It’s the first time I’ve ever leased and they made me feel comfortable. My salesman was great as well! Check them out!!!

My repair was done quickly and I was updated during the repair. Shuttle driver was prompt. Just a very nice experience from everyone down to the cashier. Thank you John.

We had a great experience today leasing a newer suv. Alec Cobb was our salesman. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite and HONEST! Since the dealership was busy it did take longer than I would of liked. However having a friendly salesman definitely helped with that. Anyone who is looking for a new vehicle go see Alec he will not let you down!
